Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@coolher.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@coolher.com.
